Episode #381 "Recapping Breathwork"

This past week I had the pleasure of partaking in a breathwork ceremony. It was one of the more transformative experience I have ever had.

The movement and release of energy in my body was like nothing I had ever experienced before.

There was laughter ,there were tears, there was rage.

I highly recommend participating in a breathwork ceremony to discover more about yourself and help further your journey.
