On this week's episode of The Council of Dudes Podcast, we are joined by Stefania Amicucci. Stefania Amicucci is a mother, a wife, a cancer survivor, and most recently, an author. At 35, Stefanina was diagnosed with Hodghkis Lymphoma, a very rare form of cancer for adults. After what seemed like a common sinus infection, Stefania was convinced that something else was wrong.

Once diagnosed, Stefania tapped into a different version of herself, not allowing any negativity to seep into her life, and took on a "we will beat this" mentality. After months of chemotherapy and many mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges, Stefania finally got to "ring her bell".

Since then, she has used her experience to write her first book, "Though a Child's Eye." A story about a mother's journey with cancer through the eyes of her children. This is an incredible story of perseverance, will, determination, and what we are truly capable of as humans.
