The goal is to let go of the things that hold you back. The goal is to let go and trust in God, trust in yourself or whatever you believe in. Whatever it is there has to be this element  eventually of letting go. We all need these reminders to lean in to yourself, show up for yourself and ultimately trust yourself and allow yourself to let go.
