On this week's podcast I had the pleasure of speaking with Erick Godsey. Erick is the host of  "The Myths that Make Us" Podcast, he also is a coach, a journeyman and a student of the human psyche.  He is well studied in Jungian Psychology and recently started his own course on journaling," Kathedra".

Erick and I talked about the untapped potential of the human psyche, the God self that is within, parenting, why the voices in my head sound like Will Smith and Robin Williams, what he got from Ayahuasca and much more.

On today's show I discuss my leap into Life Coaching.  Recently I have been taking a life coaching certification through JRNI Life Coaching Training.  Each week we are presented with different concepts, theories and strategies to optimize ourself as a coach.  

This weeks instructor was founder of JRNI Life Coaching, Jonathan Kim AKA @theangrytherapist. John discussed the Psuedo Self vs The Solid self. Which for me was a green light to step into my Solid Self and start the next leg of my journey.
