On this weeks episode, I'm joined by Ashley and Jonathan Longneck from @TinyShinyHome.  Five years ago, Ashley and Jonathan decided to pack up their home along with their four kids and take life out on the road. They have been traveling the country, in a 1972 Airstream, and seeing life with a whole new lens.

They are currently building an off-the-grid home in Arizona, but will continue to travel the country.

Ashley, Jonathan and I spoke about life on the road, highs and lows of living in an Airstream, homeschooling, and much more.

Hello,

On this weeks podcast I had the pleasure of speaking with Joe Hawley. Joe Hawley is a former NFL center, who played for both  the Atlanta Falcons and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 

Joe retired from the NFL in 2018, donated his possessions, bought a van, adopted a dog named Freedom and drove around the country on a journey of self discovery.

Joe is currently in the process of writing a book about his experience both on and off the field.  He is also using his new found purpose for public speaking engagements as well as working with former NFL players.

Joe and I spoke about the moment he was drafted to the NFL, The Heroes Journey, his plant medicine experience and much more.
